Do you ship to my country?

We export to Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Mexico, South America and Eastern Europe, and we quote both FOB and CIF. If you are unsure which incoterm suits your forwarder, tell us the port and we will suggest the cheaper of the two.

Can I visit the factory or watch a machine run?

Yes. Customers visit us in Wujiang, Suzhou regularly, and we run the finished unit before it is packed. If a trip is not practical, we send video of your machine on test and a photo report of the packed load instead.

Do you supply spare parts after delivery?

Yes. As a dumbwaiter supplier we keep controllers, contactors, ropes, locks and door gear for the models we have produced, and we can send the wiring diagram for older units as well. Spare parts can travel in the same container as a new lift to save freight.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are a deposit with the balance before shipment, and first orders receive a 10% discount. If your company needs different terms, say so in the first message — it is easier to agree them before the quotation than afterwards.
