4. Delivery and Logistics

The delivery time shall be subject to the actual delivery time of the logistics service provider. The relevant fees such as shipping fees, insurance fees, customs duties and customs clearance fees incurred during the product transportation shall be borne by both parties in accordance with the order agreement; if the product cannot be normally delivered, lost or damaged due to the wrong shipping address provided by you, poor contact information and other reasons, the relevant responsibilities and fees shall be borne by you yourself.

After you receive the product, you shall inspect it within the agreed time. If you find that the product has problems such as shortage in quantity, inconsistent model or quality issues, you shall take photos for evidence in a timely manner and notify us within the inspection period. We will provide reissue, replacement or maintenance according to the actual situation; if you fail to inspect or put forward objections within the time limit, the product shall be deemed to have passed the inspection.
