Dumbwaiter parts decide whether a lift is still running in year five. The components that fail first are rarely the ones buyers ask about: a door interlock, a control board, a contactor or a traction machine bearing. Because we assemble our own units, we hold stock of the parts for them and ship to overseas owners directly from Suzhou.

This range covers the two components that are hardest to source locally. Traction machines are available in 0.75kW, 1.1kW and 1.5kW versions for 100kg to 250kg cars, and control cabinets include a standard model plus two variants for different lift configurations. Leveling switches, terminal limit switches, mounting plates, travelling cable and landing operating panels are supplied with every new lift and can be reordered individually.

Parts ship worldwide by air or courier, usually within a few working days, and we include the wiring reference for the cabinet variant you are replacing. If a board has been superseded since your lift was built, we will tell you what changed before you order.
