The ServLifts TM-001 is a dumbwaiter traction machine 0.75kw built for dumbwaiter service. It is the drive unit that lifts the cabin, and it is the part most often needed when an existing dumbwaiter has to be brought back into service.

The TM-001 is the 0.75kW option in our dumbwaiter drive range. Match the drive to the rated load of the cabin and the number of stops: a heavier cabin on too small a drive is the usual cause of overheating complaints on retrofit jobs.

Ordering it as a spare part

Replacement drives ship with the mounting hardware and terminal layout noted on the unit, so an existing panel can usually be reconnected without rewiring the shaft.

Lead time and delivery

Standard lead time is 15 to 25 working days after deposit. We ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo and can quote CIF for most export destinations.

Our drives are built to the machinery practice referenced in the ASME codes and standards library, and we benchmark them against the published component standards of Otis and Hitachi.
