RC-B008 250kg 1.5kW Dumbwaiter Lift | 100x100x120cm Rear Counterweight

The ServLifts RC-B008 is a dumbwaiter 100x100x120cm rear counterweight lift rated at 250kg and driven by a 1.5kW traction motor. It is one of the larger cabins we build, aimed at sites that move full trolleys rather than a few trays at a time.

Every dumbwaiter 100x100x120cm rear counterweight unit is assembled and load tested in our Suzhou factory before it ships. Large cabins change the whole installation, from shaft framing to landing door width. We size the guide rails and the traction drive together so the lift still runs smoothly at full load.

Why the rear counterweight layout

A dumbwaiter 100x100x120cm rear counterweight keeps the counterweight rear of the cabin rather than behind it. The trade off is simple to state: you gain one shaft dimension and lose another. That is why we build the same cabin in both layouts.

Standard scope of supply

• Cabin, counterweight and guide rails
• 1.5kW traction machine and control cabinet
• One car door and two landing doors
• Leveling switch, terminal limit switches, mounting plate, travel cable and LOP
• Assembly hardware for two floors

The quotation covers the two floor standard model. Ask us for the detailed material list if you need extra floors, a stainless steel finish or a specific door configuration. FOB price from $2,550, first order 10% off.

Lead time and delivery

Standard lead time is 15 to 25 working days after deposit. We ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo and can quote CIF for most ports in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

For design reference we follow the ASME codes and standards practice for material lifts, and we benchmark components against the published standards of Otis and Hitachi.
