RC-B001 100kg 0.75kW Dumbwaiter Lift | 60x60x80cm Rear Counterweight

The ServLifts RC-B001 is a dumbwaiter 60x60x80cm rear counterweight lift rated at 100kg and driven by a 0.75kW traction motor. It is the compact end of the range, sized for tight kitchen walls where every centimetre of shaft space counts.

Every dumbwaiter 60x60x80cm rear counterweight unit is assembled and load tested in our Suzhou factory before it ships. Small service lifts live or die on shaft dimensions, so this model is drawn around a standard 60cm deep wall opening. That keeps the structural work light and lets most retrofit projects stay inside the existing floor plan.

Because the cabin is compact, we usually quote this model with 220V single phase for sites that do not have three phase power available.

Why the rear counterweight layout

A dumbwaiter 60x60x80cm rear counterweight keeps the counterweight rear of the cabin rather than behind it. The trade off is simple to state: you gain one shaft dimension and lose another. That is why we build the same cabin in both layouts.

• Cabin, counterweight and guide rails
• 0.75kW traction machine and control cabinet

Lead time and delivery

Standard lead time is 15 to 25 working days after deposit. We ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo and can quote CIF for most ports in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

For design reference we follow the ASME codes and standards practice for material lifts, and we benchmark components against the published standards of Otis and Hitachi.
